what more do you get if you get service pack 2 and is it hard to do it.i went to microsofts website,but it seems like it may be difficult to do this .any opinions?thanks

Service pack two plugs a lot of security holes.
You need to get SP2. Without it you can't even use a lot of new Microsoft stuff.
Download it when you wont be using the computer.

SP2 will have more security updates and bluetooth application. It shouldn't be a problem if you use microsoft update to install SP2.
