most supermarkets have a section of wheat free products these days.

All of the above and Boots usually have a good selection too. The Health stores stock gluten free flour if you want to make bread but it works out more expensive than buying the ready made stuff from Boots etc.

Beleive it or not the co-op have a really good selection of wheat free products, and most of there staores have it all together down one isle, which obviously makes it very handy!!!!! For more specialised items there are great helth food shops on the internet that deliver.

Tesco have a massive range of wheat free products.

I am a professional Chef & have had the same problem, but have recently found that the larger Tesco Stores are now stocking these items

Holland and Barrett usually have all the wheat/dairy/gluten free stuff.

asda sell them i can't eat wheat either and buy them all the time.
I must warn you though don't expect the biscuits to taste really nice because they are a little harder than ones containing wheat.
Better than eating wheat tho if you can't have it like me.

TRY YOU LOCAL HEALTH FOOD SHOP BUT TESCO'S OR ASDA'S MAY ALSO DO WHEAT FREE PRODUCTS YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK AT CUSTOMER SERVICES AS A LOT MORE PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC TO WHEAT PRODUCTS, I MYSELF ARE ALLERGIC TOO DAIRY SO I DRINK SOYA MILK AND HAVE DAIRY FREE ICE CREAM BOTH FROM ASDA OR TESCOS
