Sorry your out of luck. Take your money and "concept" to a custom shop and have it built. Most concept cars are not streetable. Large manufacturers have laws imposed on them different from a custom shop. Also they don't want the liability of someone driving a car they built but has not went through the crash testing needed on production cars.

Sorry it would be fun to have some of those cars.

Even with weath and connectivity within the automaker administration, your odds of owning a concept car are stratospherically unrealistic.

Concept cars are designed to see what is cost effectively feasable and possible to implement in ALL consumer level automobliles; rarely does a completely functional concept car really get put out to show.

What few have been sold to private collectors are pretty much garage kept for they look whiz-bang, but are utterly dysfunctional for road use.

you cant get a concept car. go to a custom car shop. they have one i think in hollywood they will make the car of your dreams for you.

you have to wait until it becomes a production vehicle. they wont sell you the concept and chances are it's not legal to drive yet because it doesnt need to pass inspections to be a concept.
