Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

No problem, you have plenty of time you just have to hit the cardio pretty heavy and stay away from crap food.

At minimum you need to hit a half hour of cardo 5 days a week run, jump rope, or ride a bike if you don't have a gym membership. If you have a gym membership do the classes, highly recommend a spinning class 3-4 times a week they literally melt fat off.

Healthy weight lose is about 2-3 pounds a week but if you have never done a spin class before or much cardio the first couple of weeks you will lose more. You can lose as much a 5-10 pounds just in the first couple of weeks.

Good luck,

The short answer (will probably surprise you) is DON'T. It is generally medically unsafe to lose more than about a pound a week. You can sometimes lose up to 5 pounds of water weight very quickly, but if you are only 17 pounds overweight, that's probably not enough. Instead, I suggest you try learning a lot about nutrition and exercise and take the pounds off safely - gradually - and then you will be better informed as to how to keep them off too. Good luck!

The only way to really lose weight and keep it off is to follow the natural route. The trouble with "diets" is the whole notion that they are temporary solutions. It is no good losing 17lbs in 5 weeks if in the next 3 you put it all back on again. Diets as such don't really work because we are suffering whilst we are on them. The temptation to slip into our old ways becomes too great and we are back at the beginning.

What's really needed is a complete change in our lifestyle. Our mindset needs to change so that we can make a lifetime commitment to whatever our goal is. It's better not to think in terms of "I must lose" 17lbs. Why not think something like "I want a 26in waist" and be able to run a mile in 7 minutes. Its easier to visualise and you will be more excited about reaching your target.

The South beach diet is good... the first two weeks of it, I had lost 14 lbs!!!! That's a lot in only 2 weeks, so you should def. try it! Of course the first 2 weeks are the hardest. You can still eat meat, chicken, eggs, and all that. You just can't have starches or sugars and stuff... try it you will like it! It's easy!!! Good Luck! And I promise if you do this diet and stick to it you will loose atleast 17 lbs within 2 weeks or so.....

ZERO CARBS!!! No bread, pasta, vegetables, fruit, or rice! No sauces (BBQ, Catsup, etc.).

Eat eggs, omelets, meat, cheese. If you go 2 weeks on a STRICT no carbs diet, you will lose about 12 lbs. After that, you can add back about 50 - 60 grams of carbs (veggies, potatoes, a little fruit), and continue to lose it. BUT... if you go back to lots of bread, french fries, pasta, and especially rice (the worst carbs!), you will gain it all back. Also excercise while doing this diet.

I dont think you'll be able to lose that much by then, but you could lose up to 7 pounds a week like I did. Don't drink soda pop, no bread, pastas, cereal, just really cut back and make sure YOU WORK OUT.

eat only fresh fruits and veggies (make sure you have lots of green leafy veggies though, that's where all your nutrients will be)

use condiments and dips sparingly

If you must eat meat- eat chicken or fish and then only for one meal a day where a large salad is provided. Italian dressing is best, and go light on the cheese.

and walk for at least 30min every day

simply cut down on the calories you are taking in write down what you ate yesterday and try to cut out a few calories don't eat anything white and increase your exercise just a little. don't make it hard on yourself or you won't stay with it. just cut out a few calories each and add maybe 10 more minutes exercise. no equipment? walking does wonders walk as far as you can for 10 minutes then go back . you might also look at the list of things you ate yesterday you might need to cut down on some fat intake. just don't make anything too hard or you just won't stay with it. good luck. i went on diet one year ago to get ready for a class reunion i lost 56 pounds with just diet and exercise
