neo means 'new' nazi. they carry on hitlers intentions of whiping the world of all 'weak' people (Nazism combines collectivism, racism, nationalism, anti-Semitism and anti-communism) to have a 'supreme' race.

They are the holdovers from the dark days of Nazi rule in Europe. They arent the same bastards who fought the Allies back then, they either supported them or were born/taught by them. Basically yes they are white supremacists though "Aryans" would be the correct term to them (why are they killing Russians and native French then when they too are "white"?) They also are violently Anti-Semitic...though they also hate Muslims and non-Christians (and even some Christian denominations). Unlike the original Nazis who were very (and violently at times) open with what they said regarding these evil beliefs, the Neo-Nazis often try to suppress the hate factor to win supporters and believers (like instead of killing all African Americans, lets send them to Rwanda or Somalia or some other stupid plan). They are primarily active in Europe and North America though it is safe to assume they have open supporters or closet/clandestine supporters worldwide.

The term Neo-Nazism is used to refer to any social or political movement seeking to revive National Socialism or a form of Fascism, and which postdates the Second World War. Often, especially internationally, those who are part of such movements do not use the term to describe themselves. They eschew such terms as "Neo-Nazism" and "Neo-Fascism" for a variety of reasons: tactical avoidance of the stigma associated with these terms; actual ideological distinctiveness from Nazism and Fascism; or a rejection of the "neo" prefix, based on a wish to project unequivocal commitment to Fascism or National Socialism. The prefix is not universally used to describe Neo-Nazi groups, but some groups specifically endorse it.
The exact ideals adopted by a Neo-Nazi movement can vary, but it often includes an allegiance to Adolf Hitler, the insignia of Nazi Germany (e.g. the swastika (not the type used in Hinduism, Buddhism, or Jainism)), extreme lack of tolerance, the Sig Runes, the red-white-black color scheme which was inherited from Imperial Germany, and other features specific to Germany's Third Reich (1933 to 1945). This usually includes anti-Semitism, racism, and/or xenophobia, and may also include elements such as nationalism, militarism, and homophobia. These groups often draw membership from people who blame their society's problems, such as the disintegration of national unity and culture, and multicultural friction, on Jews, non-white immigrants, and liberalism in general; behind which they see a Zionist World Conspiracy.
In the United States, dedicated Neo-Nazi groups are only a sub-type of a wider array of anti-Semitic and white supremacist groups. Many of the other organizations operate in conjunction with, or at least sympathize with the Neo-Nazi focused groups. The actual Neo-Nazi groups tend to pay homage to, but are often less focused on, the specific tenets of the NSDAP than some international groups. In particular, they may look more to the German-American Bund and ideals of American Nazism of the 1920s and 30s. However there are a few Neo-Nazi groups that consider themselves national socialist.

Sometimes they are called 'skin heads' for slang. Neo-Nazis are racist against nearly every minority group there is, unless you are white and not jewish you are a target to them. Neo-Nazi groups sucker in angry teenagers who are very intelligent, the group gives them a way to direct their anger toward something, in this case, minorities. I recommend watching American History X and The Believer, both great films that are pretty graphic, don't watch AHX if you are squemish! They will give you a better idea behind the mentality of Neo-Nazis.

Neo-Nazism isn't a religion, but an ideology. It's an ideology that originated in Nazi Germany (hence the name, neo-Nazi), that only white people are a pure race, that everybody else is inferior (including Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals). It's basically racism and anti-Semitism.
