Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

The age old question that you're asking at a very young age. It's good that you're aware of your weight before it gets too far away from you; on the other hand, it's sad to have to be aware of your weight.

The best advice is always the same: calories in must be less than calories out AND exercise. The two together will get you where you want to be.

Continue playing sports. Sounds like you're getting your exercise, so my guess is that you need to probably cut back on the snacks. This ain't easy. If it were, we wouldn't be obsessed with out weight in this country (US).

Make sure you're at least walking (as opposed to higher aerobic activity) often throughout the day. Stay active. Ride you bike. Walk places as much as you can -- don't ask for rides if that's reasonable for your geographic location. Push the mower rather than riding it. Stay active.

There's no magic formula, no pill or trendy diet that will do this for you. Weight loss starts in your mind and rolls downhill (through the rest of your body) from there.

Hope this helps.

Distance running. But you might be better off bike riding. Running can be tough on your knees and being a catcher your knees get enough strain already.

If you ride a bike for a good hour each day you will get good results. Start off easy for 10 minutes, then push yourself getting your heart rate up for at least 20 -30 minutes, then cool down but keep the legs moving for the balance of the time.

Be sure someone knows your route and the time you plan to be gone. If you get a flat tire or some other problem they will know which direction to look for you. Don't forget to take some water and wear a helmet.

You are way too young to worry about losing a little weight in the stomache. You are still growing and you don't know where everything is going to end up. You sound like a very active teen so I'm sure the weight will come off naturally when it's time.

There is no way to lose weight in just certain areas. I would start to do more cardio while eating healthy to reduce my body fat. For me, I love weights that adds more muscle mass that increases your metabolism. I would talk with your coaches about a good off season work out routine to help in both baseball and basketball. Having thinner legs will not necessarily help you to run faster. There are drills that can be done to improve your game speed, your vertical jump and other skills needed.

Stomach fat comes from being too sedentary. Sports that require a lot of movement, like basketball, running and swimming will help you there.

I'm not sure what you mean by "make your legs thinner". Women get fat in their hips, but boys don't. Since you're 13, I wouldn't recommend that you do weights, but squat-thrusts will help strengthen your legs at your current age.

I can tell you what I do for rugby before season starts. I alternate stairs and Hi / low sprinting.

Stairs for 1hr one day..

Hi / low for 30 min another day..

Hi / low is proven to improve muscle mass (lean), fat burining (active and resting) and speed.

Sprint as fast as you can ( no really, so hard you can't slow down that quick) for 30 seconds then walk or jog for 1 min, repeat until 30 min has expired...then do a 10 min walk for cool down.

It's WAY harder than it sounds. It equals 2hrs of paced jogging as far as fat burning and cardio / lung expansion.

Hi / low was show at the University of Colorado to be the only exercise that induces more burnt calories post workout than any other.

deep lunges also work great..mostly for stabilizer muscles and glutes (butt) (better launch speed and lateral cuts "jukes")

PS - Stretch REALLY well for these exercises or you WILL cramp and / or tear a hamstring. 20 min before, 20 min after

As far as weight loss, stop eating fried foods, sugar..at your age it's the most commonly eaten substance. This alone will have you losing weight.

Try exercises that focus more on your legs and your stomach, also cut down the amount of food in your meals, stop eating junk food, for snacks eat fruits of lo-fat yogurt, also try to eat dinner between 4 - 5 pm. But most important don't skip meals, trust me skipping meals is the worst thing you could do, i once started to skip meals and your body gets weak because you are not getting the vitamins and nutrients needed.

Good Luck.

You need to eat healthy and exercise. But you cannot lose weight in just one area-it will be all over. You can tone up a muscle in an area, but better to keep everything equal. Talk to your dr. about a safe way to do it.
