well i suppose all irish men are not the same in been faithful or not faithful but one things sure as ´Pamela O stated that the irish men are only faithful to their drink which is absolutely true, that is for the ones that drink and as for ´Heat seeker´, everyone is entitled to their opinion and if you don´t like the answers stay away from yahoo answers then. As for are they good in a relationship well again all men are not the same and we all have to take a chance that things work out, if the do well and good and if they don´t , just put it down to experience and carry on with life.

I think next time you want to ask a question, you should veer away from racist tendancies in your questions. I'm suprised that you didn't also ask are all Irishmen uneducated drunks.

As for 'PAMELA O'. You should be ashamed of yourself as an 'Alleged' Irish woman, for adding fuel to the fire of a totally unfounded myth. You obviously are as blinkered as those people on here who come across as bigots.

I am an Irishman, who is faithful, and does not spend his life in a drunken stupor. I don't appreciate your question any more than you would appreciate me asking 'Are all English women easy, cause that's what everyone says?'.

Maybe you should try growing up before you even attempt to have a relationship.

IDIOT!!!!!!

My dad is Irish and as far as I know he has never been unfaithful to my mum (and no he does not have red hair and is not called Paddy) but that don't mean that all Irish men are gonna be faithful. I use to think that all black guys were unfaithful just because I went out with one that was but that does not mean they all are coz now I'm with another black guy who would not cheat on me at all he is lovely and caring. So don't tarnish every guy with the same brush. Even though it is hard not to sometimes.

Ok - well im irish and lived here all my life and in my opinion the only thing the majority of irishmen are faithful to is the pub!!!!
Compared to the english guys Ive dated - Id have to say UK lads are better (sorry to my own nationality!!!) Irish lads are pretty unchivalrous, mad for the beer and dont know too much about romance!!!!
Hope that helped you out a bit!!!

Try not to make generalizations about all the men from a country. Any man can be faithful - you'll have to judge on a case-by-base basis.

Being faithful or not has nothing to do with being Irish.

Country fellas are more faithful than Dubs because Dubs have more to look at so there is more chance of them cheating, but you can find nice faithful Dubs as well just don't hold your breath it could take awhile!!!!

The one Irishman I knew had a different lass every night. Not much of a basis to call every Irishman an adulterer though.

A persons ability to be faithful or not does not depend on his/her race, nationality, sex or religious beliefs.

I would say that depended on the Irishman himself. Realtionships take work on both sides.
