THIS IS WAT I GOT FROM MY RESEARCH!!!!!
Weight gain should always be in the form of muscle, not fat. If you think you’re too thin and want to gain weight, don’t just stuff yourself with food, especially high fat foods. To build muscle, start a weight-bearing exercise program and make healthy food choices. Be sure to get a medical checkup before you start any exercise program.Stay away from bad fat! Even though weight gain is your goal, you don't want to be gaining fat and eating junk. Get rid of the chips and candy. No more fast food, nothing fried. Stick to high protein, low (saturated) fat foods like tuna fish (and other seafood), chicken breast, turkey, lean meats, rice, pasta, fruits and vegetables, nuts, flax seed oil, etc.WATER! Drink water!but it's that water that will give you the energy you need to gain that weight! Sleep! YES! Sleep! The easiest, yet most over looked step. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. You're gonna need it!
SORRY IF ITS A LITTLE MORE INFO THAN U NEEDED LOL

properly first of all it really is great that your boyfriends weight isn't a significant component on your love for him. even if his difficulty is valid for well-being motives. If he's amazingly stricken by skill of this he desires to take a extreme stand and regulate his eating routine and pastime habit. You as his female has a huge position in this because likely you dictate his eating routine as well as what you do as a pair. Your impact may actually help him benefit his objective to louse the burden he received. If he refuses to regulate his habit then he's not extreme and desires to resign complaining because it will be his own doing at this aspect. be careful he does not project the fault on you purchase preserving you keep him domicile or you cook dinner fatty meals. finally it will be his favor to louse weight that receives him there. sturdy success.

Thats VERY ODD NORMALLY BOSSES WANT PEOPLE TO LOSE WEIGHT. The is one guy who fired an smoker for smoking and being obese. Hes being sued now. However his reasoning is this person is raising the costs of his insurance plan for his employee so if anyone in is business is fat or smoker they will be fired.

What? First of all what kind of job do you have? and why does gaining weight impact that kind of job? Does he believe you are anorexic? Or is he just controlling? It sounds to me that if he continues to threaten you or does, in fact, fire you because of this than you have reason for a lawsuit. Keep track of his threats and possibly even record them or get witnesses to collaborate your story.

would have helped if you said what your job is, if your a stripper or a hooters waitress you can't look to skinny, but on the other hand if you just work in an office your boss has no business telling you to gain weight

Talk to HR about a possible harrassment situation. Your weight is none of your boss' business.

this is against the law it is called discrimination he can't do this call the equal opportunity of emoployess and tell them before it happens so that you have a record of this threat, you have a good lawsuit if he does, unless you signed something saying that your weigh is a factor for this job
