Taking great pictures aren't about tips and tricks, they are about skills. For you to develop these skills you have to practice. But I do suggest you not just clicking away your camera even though you might get lucky, but aim for the right moment in which you think a wonderful picture will appear. Also remember that a picture that is clear and focused are the best even if the picture itself isn't interesting. Oh, by the way, I think if you can take a picture of a certain object and make it appear like something else...That is a great picture...For example a jellyfish in the ocean that appears to look like swimming fire...

A good camera, a quality photography class at the local college say, and an interest in making good pictures. Also, you have to have sold a picture to be considered professional.

Taking pictures is very inexpensive so shoot lots of pictures of each target. Then edit and keep only the best one. Never show anyone the rejects. This makes your portfolio the best it can be. Often the best photographers are the choosiest editors.

to have a good eye, to be more natural for when comes to taking photos , the best i think that always take and come out really well are the photos when no one is watching you take a photo of them. most of all be yourself when doing what ever it is for when you do it , because it will be noticed.

just make sure you centre ur subject in ur frame,
u dont want someone taking up real small room , if they are the main subject
Also , make sure that the bright lighting is infront of them, , and not behind them , otherwise the subject will turn up dark .
