When my dog lost her voice it was cancer. Please take your cat to the vet, she depends on you.

Good luck.

It could be any number of things, up to and including cancer, although this is not likely if she is young--cancer usually occurs in geriatric cats with the deterioration of their immune system.
Has she been eating well? Drinking plenty? Using the litter-box reliably? Coughing or choking? Has she been vaccinated for rhino-tracheitis? If not, that may be the problem, and the sooner you get her to a vet, the likelier her chances of survival.
Plus, only a vet can prescribe the appropriate anitibiotics for a cat--they are so sensitive that one must be very careful what one gives them.
Go soon! You'll feel better and so will she.

I am not a vet, but I would get the cat to one, it could be cancer of the throat or something. It might be a respiratory infection, but cats don't usually get alot of these. Do you smoke??? there are other things it could be as well. Get to the vet right away if you value your cat.

Only a veterinarian can tell you the true cause behind your cat losin' her voice. It could be a number of things, from health problems, to cord injuries, to her just not wanting to talk.

Take your cat to the vet. It could have something lodged in it's vocal chords, just not blocking the airway.
