I have a boxer/akida and I think he is the best dog in the world. Also he was free.

HI, both breeds are a pure breed. however, since they mated and had puppies, u have a mixed breed dog. I wouldn't call it a mutt. What i like about mixed breed, is that they tend to have less medical problems. Most pure breed animals tend to have a lot of medical issues. As far as being easier to handle or more loving, that depends on the dog it self and the owner that has him/her. Pure breed or mixed breed it doesn't matter. It's all in how u raise the animal.

In my experience, mutts usually turn out better. For some reason, they always seem more obedient, loyal,and protective to me. The only purebreeds I've had were boxers, but they were good dogs, too. Any other purebreeds I've seen owned by friends or other family members have seemed pretty unruly, though.

Muts are much healthier that a pure breed, i have a Mastiff/Boxer Mix And i love her!

Mutts can make awesome pets. But I like to know what I am getting. With a pure bred dog you know approximately how big it will get, what it will look like as an adult, and some things about it's personality.

I had 2 pure breeds mix so I have a pure breed mutt. LOVE HIM TO PIECES. He is 11 years old.

Mut is better:) My dog came in as a stray, and hes Lab/Pitbull. And let me just say that he is a fantastic dog. I wouldn't trade him for the world!

if you want a show dog then pure breed is better. If you just want a companion any dog will do. I like mix breeds they can be really cute & are good dogs.

mutts are more appreciative of there homes when they get them because usually when people go out looking for dogs they want pure breeds

You can breed pure breeds and make money, but for a loyal friend any dog will do.
