Pasta salad. You can use chicken or tuna.It tastes great I'm 14 and i made it before,so it should be easy enough for you to make.U will need a box of pasta,(the type is your coice),an 8 oz can of tuna or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and diced, onions bell peppers, french dressing.

Place the pasta onto boil.
Cut up the onions, and bell pepperspour into a bowl seperate from your mixing bowl.Mix with tuna/chicken and french dressing.

When the pasta is done, drain it and pour it into your mixing bowl then place it in the fridge.Let it cool for about 30mins.Then you mix all that together very thoroughly.

Since the pasta has to coll the i suggest you start this about an hour or 2 before you serve it.

Chicken stir fry

Get - Diced chicken (about 80g per person), ready made stir fry veg from the supermarket, bottled sweet and sour sauce and while long grain rice (1 cup for 4 people).

Put the rice in boiling water with a bit of salt and boil for as long as the pack says (normally about 15min) stirring every 4 or 5 min. Fry the chicken cubes on high heat in some oil for about a min, then turn down the heat and add some of the sweet and sour. Let the simmer for 5 min. turn the heat back up at add the veg and the rest of the sweet and sour sauce, fry for about 3min stirring frequently. Taste, the veg should be slightly crunchy.

Strain the rice, dish up the rice and the stir fry and add salt / ketchup to taste.

I am a terrible cook, but one thing I can make is tuna casserole. Boil a pound of egg noodles. Mix in 2 small cans of tuna, drained; about a quarter of a Velveeta cheese log (cut or crumble into little squares), can of cream of celery soup and a can of milk. Crumble potato chips on top and put in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. The whole process takes about 45 minutes from start to finish and it tastes great. It will easily feed a family of four with left overs. Albeit not the healthiest, but it tastes great. You can substitute the tuna for canned chicken or sometimes I take left over turkey at Thanksgiving time and make it.

1. You can try making Famous Bowl from KFC. All you need are Mashed Potatoes, lots of gravy, whole kernel corn, cheese, and fried chicken Mashed Potatoes: boil the potatoes ( you can determine if the potatoes are soft enough using a fork ) peel the potatoes quickly while it's hot, mash the potatoes. it's up to you if you want to add butter 2. Chicken Pot Pie 1 whole roasted or boiled chicken 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion, peeled and diced 2 tablespoons flour 1 can chicken stock or 3 cups fresh chicken stock 1 cup frozen peas 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped 3 sprigs of parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons plain yogurt salt and pepper to taste 2 sheets ready rolled pastry 1 egg yolk mixed with 2 tablespoons milk for glazing Remove the chicken from the bone and chop it up. Add vegetable oil to a saucepan and saute onions until they are soft. Add the flour and stir. Then add the chicken stock. Add the chopped chicken, celery, and carrots and stir some more. Take away from the heat and add the yogurt and the chopped parsley. Stir and add salt and pepper. Grease a deep 9 inch pie plate and line the bottom with one ready rolled pastry. Make sure there's a little bit of pastry overlapping. Pour the filling into the pie plate. Brush the edges of the pastry with the milk and egg yolk glaze. Gently place the other ready rolled pastry on top. Press the edges of the pastries together to seal. Trim off any extra pastry and press around the pie with a fork. Cut 4 steam holes on the top and brush the top of the pastry with the rest of the glaze. Bake in a 425F degree (220C degree) oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

Get some chicken breast about 4. Heat up a large skillet in medium heat setting. Add a tablespoon of butter. Throw in the chicken turn twice or until done. Get a jar of cream of chicken made from Cambell's soup. Add that in the skillet Meanwhile, in another pot throw in 2 cups of long rice and 4 cups of water add a little salt put it on high heat until it starts boiling, then, turn it down to simmer, that means the lowest temperature, and cover it up with the lid. It will take about 15 minutes to finish cooking. Then, check on your chicken and if the sauce is boiling turn it off, its ready, when you sit down to eat this it will be delicious. You can also add a side like boiled broccoli or steamed broccoli.

This is a chicken dinner. Take 4 boneless chicken breasts and put in the bottom of a pan,put Swiss cheese on top,add 1 can of cr. of chick. soup(add the water to it, then get some croutons and crush them up,that can be fun and take frustration out LOL, and sprinkle on top, ad some melted butter over the top of the croutons, bake at 350 for app. 20 min or til chicken is done. This tastes so good and is so easy. My family loves it so much I usually double it and not much leftover. Enjoy.

This is an awesome recipe I usually serve with mashed garlic red potatoes. If you have a slow cooker it's easy to make (just requires a little tweaking, a touch less water, but I tend to double up on the soup amount anyway for more gravy).

Watch Food Network. They will show you how to make easy dishes. Then go to their website and print the recipes you're interested in trying. I've tried many of them and they always come out good. I really like Paula Deen's recipes.
