In severe cases, with a funeral.
Actual brown recluse bites are rare and few. The initial bite frequently cannot be felt. Most bites are minor with no necrosis, but a small number produce severe dermonecrotic lesions or even systemic conditions (viscerocutaneous loxoscelism) with occasional fatalities.
First aid involves the application of an ice pack to control inflammation, the application of aloe vera to soothe and help control the pain, and prompt medical care.
There really isn't any sort of anti-venom available. If the bite is not fatal (pretty rare), there might be some scarring.

Depends on the extent of the bite. For a simple local reaction, tiny bit of redness that does not spread, nothing needs to be done but keep the area washed with antibacterial soap, like Dial.
Typically, the bite are will blister and have a black center. If it doesn't resolve by itself in a day or two, you might want to have it looked at. The blister and black center give the appearance of an eyeball looking at you. Few people actually feel a recluse bite them, unless they happen to see it, so we have to go on what the bite area looks like. Any spreading of the redness to the skin, bigger than a few inches, should probably be looked at. You may require antibiotics and possibly surgical intervention. If the bite is in a less fleshy area, say the inside of an ankle, it tends to need more attention. If any spider bite become really warm to touch, black, has a spreading red area or is increasing in pain, get a medical professional to look at it for you. Make sure your tetanus shot is up to day, usually within five years.

A doctor should be seen when a person is bitten by these spiders.
The spider should be killed and taken to the physician along with the victim for positive identification.
Brown recluse bites are sharp but not initially painful like those of the black widow, but a blister is quickly raised, broken, and surrounded by a red welt. The depressed center of this raised, red circle (the size of a dime to a quarter) turns dark within a day. The dead tissue regularly sloughs away, and the bite area scars over in one to eight weeks. Death seldom occurs, but the bite is debilitating and psychologically traumatic.

I have some pictures of what a bite and the spider looks like if you would like to see them, email me and I will send them to you. These pictures show what the bite looks like at first and then as it gets worse from no treatment.
This spider also has another name for it, it is also called a "Fiddle Back", this is because on it's back, the white-ish part of the back, there is a dark part right in the center that looks like a fiddle, hence "Fiddle Back".
I, my self have been bitten twice by this type of spider. This happened when I was very young. It is very true that these spiders a very deadly IF the bite is not taken care of by a doctor. As soon as you know that you have been bitten by one you really do need to get to the doctor as soon as possible. Each doctor seems to have their own way of treating the bite.Do not try to treat this bite at home.

First with anti biotics and then surgery.
If you happen to be highly allergic to the venom
it will cause a large area of dead tissue that
will have to be removed.
It's not pretty.
