For Pete's sake, call your vet and ask these questions. They are best able to answer.

I just ran a google search on leptospirosis. Your puppy is going to need a lot of help.
Like colds in humans, there apparently is more than one agent that can cause this condition. And immunity to one does not mean immunity to all. You'll need to wash your hands a lot to keep from reinfecting your puppy. And you'll be working closely with your vet.
They may- probably will- give her intravenous fluids to keep her from dehydrating and to give her medicines to help her tummy.
Make sure she has plenty of clean water, but don't expect her to eat much, at least until she is healing again.
Good luck, and I hope the puppy feels better soon!

Well... as you know...Leptospirosis (also known as Weil's disease, canicola fever, canefield fever, nanukayami fever or 7-day fever) is a bacterial zoonotic disease caused by spirochaetes of the genus Leptospira that affects humans and a wide range of animals, including mammals, birds, amphibians
leptospirosis is treatable with antibiotics. If an animal is treated early, it may recover more rapidly and any organ damage may be less severe. Other treatment methods, such as dialysis and hydration therapy may be required. The time between exposure to the bacteria and development of disease is usually 5 to 14 days, but can be as short as a few days or as long as 30 days or more
If your pet has been confirmed by your veterinarian as having leptospirosis, the appropriate action to take will depend on the nature of contact with your pet. Normal daily activities with your pet will not put you at high risk for leptospirosis infection. Types of contacts that are considered to be high risk include direct or indirect contact with urine, blood, and tissues of your pet during its infection. Assisting in the delivery of newborns from an infected animal is also considered a high-risk activity for transmission of leptospirosis.
If you have had these types of high-risk contacts with your pet during the time of its infection, inform your physician. If common symptoms, such as fever, muscle aches, and headaches, occur within 3 weeks after a high-risk exposure, see your physician. Tests can be performed to see if you have this disease.

Poor baby. It may be that the dog food is too hard for her to chew in her weak condition. Try making her a little bit of brown rice. Overcook it just a little so it's not the least bit "al dente", but completely soft. That way if she's too weak to really chew it much, it won't upset her stomach. Once it's cooked, put it in the fridge for just long enough so it isn't at all hot, but not enough to make it as cold as the other stuff in the fridge. Sit near her while she's eating (whenever my dog doesn't feel well, he won't eat unless I'm right there watching him). If she won't eat out of her dish, you can try taking some of the rice in your hand and see if she'll eat out of your hand.
It's good she's drinking. Make sure she keeps that up. A dog can survive without food for quite awhile, but not without water.

well since she got the shot and the pills,
try to give her some of her favorite snacks
(raw hamburger or canned tuna might be good,
some dogs like cheese,
especially cottage cheese),
make sure she gets enough water,
make sure her bed is soft, and protected from drafts.
cuddle her, but don't try to get her to play yet.
If she has a favorite toy, put it in bed with her.

Call your vet and find out what else you can do to make it easier on your puppy. Be sure and let them know she is not eating.
