How much would you like to weigh? And please add your sex, age, height, and (perhaps) current weight if you'd like.

And what *should* your ideal weight be? (I think that's the more interesting question).

thanks tons for the answers so far! i love the "Better Ideal Weight" site/calculator/statistics.

my own ideal weight is unfortunately a helluva lot less than i currently weigh. i'm getting ready to move to a new town and new school (11 days now; counting 'em down!) and hoping that my new life will inspire me to get fit.

I'd like to get down to 110.

I'm female, age 40, 5"2' and THINK I'm around 120 now but I don't have a scale.

I've recently cut out white bread (including things that are made with white bread like Pizza etc), all junk food and do moderate aerobics for about 30 mins a day.

I'd like to be 100 -103 but hey.. I'm in size 3 jeans so its all good!

Female, 20, 5'4'' I weigh 106 currently.

I consider myself underweight. I would like to get back up to 120, which was my weight before I got sick for about 3 months with a nasty pneumonia. I dropped down to 93 and it's taken me almost 2 years just to get back to 106 and I haven't been able to break 110.

hey hun....im f 22 (soon to be 23) 4'11 (can we say munchkin lol) and as of now 139lbs....i was told i needed to be at least 115lbs (yeah right) for my hight but i asked the doc if he would like to wear my chest all day! lol ...the truth is you can take some one that eats right and lifts weights and they can weigh any were from 116lbs to 130
and still look the same size....you know why...cause it all depends on how much lean muscle the person carries....i personally would like to weight 120lbs but i will be happy with what ever weight i land with when im at my fitest....i hope every one else can to.....love daisy

I'm female 5ft2 and 120lb. I'd like to weigh 110lb, but ideally my weight should be anywhere between 110lb and 120lb, so I guess I'm ok.
