Go back or call the dealership and explain everything to the sales person that sold you the car. They have to give you an answer or another temp. tag until your permanent one comes in.

Just take it back to the dealership and get another 30 day tag. Sometimes when dealing with used cars, it takes time to shuffle all the title information between states, and delays are possible. If you financed the car and want to speed up the dealer a bit, complain to your bank or finance company.

You should have had them long ago! Call the manufacturer! You will get them quick!
My father was a Chevy dealer. No one waited a week with us! Tell the dealer to give you a set of his temp plates, but don't leave them on when not driving!

Sometimes it takes a while, you should be able to call the car dealership and get another temporary tag, it happened to me once and I got my permanent plate about a week after calling them for another temp one.

I believe most people go to the DMV, pay sales tax, and get their tags there. Why are you waiting on the dealership to send them to you? Maybe you should just call the dealership.

If you are in the US, go to the Department of Motor Vehicles and explain the problem.
You can also Call the dealer to find out what the problem is. They might be able to help also.

Call your Dealer. In most states, they get the tags at there office. It may be sitting on his desk. :) Good luck.

Rather than call the dealer or your DMV about it I think you should post a question on Yahoo! Answers!
