The evil eye is someone who is envious of another person. Even though it is a sin to be enivous of someone, alot of people are. My advice is dont be envious of what people got that you dont have, but be grateful of the things that you do have. It may or may not be alot, but it could be worse!!! (KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK ON WOOD!!!) someone giving you the evil eye means that they are wishing you bad/harm and that something bad should happen to you.i guess this is suppose to scare you but just laugh at them, then turn and smack them right in the face. that'll teach them that evil eye doesn't work!!

The evil eye is a widely distributed element of folklore. It had to do with people looking at you evilly (with envy), because of your own good fortune. And that this look alone could cause you misfortune of some sort.

Evil eye are those who feel jealous when good things happen to others, to avoid them not suppose to reveal or let them know what good things happen to you..
