Give her lots of support, if she feels sad or upset, don't tell her not to feel this way. She needs to know that she is not the only person in the world to feel like this, rather than reasons that she is wrong. If she seems angry, she is probably frustrated. Listen to what she says, and ask her if there is anything you can do. She is probably just letting off steam, and needs to talk to you about what is wrong. She most likely isn't blaming you, but it may sound like it sometimes. Ask her what you could change to help her feel better, she will tell you if it is your fault or not!

Actually I just thought... If she is not feeling pre-menstrual at the moment, try talking to her, maybe tell her that you can see that she seems to go through a lot with PMS, and ask her what she would like you to do. She will appreciate that a lot, and it will let her know how much you care. Just make sure you ask in a caring way, not in an accusing way, ok?

Good luck x x x

Oh God, i'm bout to sound like a extreme college well-being instructor... properly, the manly adult males will inform you no, adult males do not PMS. it really is genuine, seeing as adult males do not menstruate. yet somewhat, adult males have a sexual cycle that ought to or received't correlate to his better 1/2's cycle. adult males who do not masturbate are more suitable weak to be affected very much. besides, truly, a guy's sexchronic builds up via the years, and each and each month-and-a-1/2 or so, thatchronic releases itself, frequently by skill of technique of business high quality horniness, a porno yearning, or the classic moist dream. So there's a lengthy answer to a short question. Have a large day.

try to be supportive has she seen a doctor if not may be an idea to tactfully suggest it and possibly go with her if she would like you to (obviously you do not suggest this when she is going through pms)

also dont take what she says personally be as supportive as you can but you need to bear in mind she may feel the need for more space than normal

try to discuss the problem with her at an appropiate time making sure she realises you are not having a go at her but want to help her in anyway you can but that you need to know how you can help
all women are different so it is not easy to say exactly the best thing to do for her

Well PMs not all girls get it.Some get it worse than others. When your girlfreind goes through this the best thing to do is just be really nice.Because it only happens once a month right? So be caring and understanding.Tell her sweet things like i love you and you mean so much to me.Things like that.It will make her feel a lot better.

The best thing to do is don't get into any heavy conversations with her. Make her feel special and relaxed. Buy her chocolate. Tell her she is beautiful and that you love her. Rub her back, run her a bath and just keep it simple.

She'll appreciate it - trust me x

Ok, there are several ways to deal with 'Ladies week'.
Be nicer than usual, BUT NOT FALSE!
Tell her you love her at the right times, don't just blurt it out.
Hold her and make her feel loved.
Treat her to a suprise.
Cook if it isn't something you do anyway.
Dont retaliate to any of her uncontrolled rants, just leave her to it.
Or emmigrate.

Give her a good seeing to, PMS makes some women(well me anyways) feel like a b*ch on heat (apart from wanting to punch anyone and everyone of course)!

well. talk it out to her. Tell her that she should let you know if the PMS is coming so that you will understand her more. There is nothing like a good communication.
