Physically he remained the same accept he could now use his agency in carnal ways. Spiritually he was separated from God, he could no longer see Him but could hear Him. He also would be exposed to corruption of the flesh and his body deteriorated similar to our aging but not as quickly. Adam lived several hundred years as did most of his children in order to procreate and multiply and fill the measure of their creation.

When the bible said he was created in His image that means that he was triune (3 parts) like the godhead has God the Father/Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit) we have three aspects Body, soul and spirit). I'm just guessing from here on but I would think there was a diminishing presence of Adam, before the fall he was immortal, he was unscarred. I know that after the fall he was spiritually dead so he was no longer in the image of God. Jesus, came here and was a man with us, but after the resurrection he was still identifiable as a man, even though he probably looked different thatn before but he was still in the same form as an identifiable person. (on the road to immaeus (sp) two of his followers didn't recognize him as Jesus until he prayed). So I guess there was a slight change in his outward appearance but not a major change from one type being to another.

It says that after God made the man and woman, God said it was very good, so I expect Adam and Eve were quite handsome.
Every now and then someone in the sciences gets some conclusion on the original people. Supposedly, all of humanity had some common original African mother a couple million years ago. For the evolutionists, the mother of all humanity was an ugly ape. For the Creationists, God started from scratch and made an exception first model (all the rest of creation was labeled "good", but humans were "very good").
So which do you see? Model-perfect pretty, or a freak chimp?

He most likely had no private parts because God hadn't created sex until after Adam and Eve got kicked out of the garden of Eden. Is sex a really fitting punishment?

Never heard that sex thing before, how in the world did she come up with that one?
Anyway, I'd say he looked like primitive man, which he was. He most likely looked the same after the fall from grace, the bible doesn't say he looked any different, besides covering up nakedness. Course, he would have started aging then, but I doubt it was a sudden aging, considering how long he lived.

No, sex was allways there, the pain of childbirth was the punishment for sin. Shame was found in being naked and releveling themselves.
As for Adam, he was the same before and after, in the likeness of Gad (as all humans are). The only diffreance is that how awear of there nakedness.
As for the theory of no "Private Parts", wouldn't that count as Evelution as they developed for the need of the species. They where allways there, just unnoticed.

The concept of 'Adam' is decieving. There was, most likely, no single individual who was the first man, per say.
Study evolution and learn the scientific truth. The stories in the Bible are allegory.

No one knew how he looked like except Eve and God...
Probably he was a perfect man, as the bible states, but even after he sinned, he may not have changed his face but sin was in his heart.
God Bless You! =)

I believe he looked the same before and after. That when he fell he then had the knowledge of how to have sex and reproduce and such. He had the ability before, but not the knowledge of how to.
