Graduated in '88. I weighed about 130 pounds. I now weigh in at 161. Have not had a weight issue at any time. In college, I turned my eating habits around for the better and learned about nutrition / fitness. The lifelong habits have paid dividends too. I look at some of my friends and they are all sporting bellies, double chins, and high blood pressure.

Knowledge is power, man.
