You've got to come clean. Tell the truth and ask for his forgiveness. More important is that you have learned your lesson; it won't hurt to tell him that, too!

When you lied what was the reason?If he has a temper then telling him something that will make him angry is not a good thing to do.Talk to a good friend to get it off your chest.And maybe you need to think about the relationship you are in.If you are scared and lying to him this does not indicate a good relationship.Real love does not include fear.
