Yes, she and Adam had a number of children.
"After this Adam called his wife’s name Eve, because she had to become the mother of everyone living." - Genesis 3:20
"And Adam lived on for a hundred and thirty years. Then he became father to a son in his likeness, in his image, and called his name Seth. And the days of Adam after his fathering Seth came to be eight hundred years. Meanwhile he became father to sons and daughters. So all the days of Adam that he lived amounted to nine hundred and thirty years and he died." - Genesis 5:3-5.

yes..Adam n eve wer the two (a first couple) who started building the genration offcourse by having guys n girls also n on that God allowed them to marry with sister coz this was the need to start a mankind on earth and then when the need ended god stopped this that from this own no one will marry with his sis
n btw ma frnd if eve didn't have any daughter how this mankind possibly started.....think...:P
