Communication of any kind at all times even talking about the small things you both do in a day helps the other know what is going on. Remember to be honest with each other and never assume that they don't want to know what's going on in your life. Treat it like one of you will be gone for a short trip. Mail cards for all occasions, care packages, write letters. Webcams are nice also.

hi i've got been in a 6 yrs of long distance relationship, n now m married to a similar guy. u r doing plenty to maintain the relationship alive. yet one component for specific, no longer something could be whilst in comparison with actual presence. so determine u r constantly there along with her on her birthday, and the anniversary of the day u first met. needless to say it would be a ask your self. n concepts it no longer something is impossible.this attempt of united stateswill make her sense specific, n u'll constantly carry that very specific place in her life.
