Sure, I do it all the time. Usually, I just sit and think about all kinds of crap.

I have never burped in my life.
When I sit upon the throne I mentally solve world problems and think of the most interesting things to do for the day....
Then I get up, wash my hands. Thats when reality sets in and I go off to work as usual.

I usually experience a flash of all the things that I need to get done for the day-then there is usually a knock on the bathroom door even though we have two bathrooms and I start to think as I hear the little voice on the other side start talking-is there anyway to pee in peace!

I have a hand held solitaire game i leave in there for entertainment. i used to have hand held video poker but it broke...the dog got it.
