and in 2, why habla, no hablan. what is the rule of se? and what about los?

it's said 'habla' because the verb reference to the language (singular)

for example
"we have a good relation with the countries where Spanish is spoken"
"tenemos buena relacion con los paises en los que se habla español"

it would be "hablan" in
"we have a good relation with countries where all their inhabitants speak Spanish"
"tenemos buena relacion con los paises donde todos sus habitantes hablan español"

the rule of 'se' in this case it's because the verb is impersonal, so don't have a subject...
translated to English is: "se habla" "it's spoken"

"los" it's only plural here, in Spain, we difference between plural and singular with the article also, so singular is "el / la" and plural is "los / las"

in d spanish sentence the word "it" isn't, but in english it has no meaning without this word, if u wanna ask wat does it mean u hav to say : (it's better if u say: "o" & then: ) que significa ISSO?
