It took time for you to become fat, it is going to take time to lose the fat.
STOP THE INSANITY!!!!!

1. you lose weight by consuming fewer Calories than you burn
2. you gain weight by consuming more Calories than you burn.
3. you should be concerned with losing FAT, not weight.
4. You should be more concerned with your percent body fat, not your weight.
5. the best, most effective way or burning fat is by combining weight-training and cardio exercise. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be. You will burn more calories all day long, including while you sleep. A health body fat percentage for males is 7-18%, females 18-24% (approximate numbers).
6. you should eat 6-8 small meals each day - this will prevent you from eating 3 large meal which will slow your metabolism while your body works to digest the large quantity of food.

Anyways, the best way is to WALK and drink water. The pounds and inches will melt off. You are probably thinking that this will not give you the quick results you want, but you would be amazed! Just walk about 2 - 4 miles everyday for 4 days and drink PLENTY of H2O, and you will lose about 6 pounds and a few inches from everywhere. Sweating + cardio is your recipe for great results in a great amount of time!

P.S. DO NOT USE DIETING PILLS!!! NOT WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN....

oh, don;t worry. All you have to do is eat more fruits and vegetables, especially at night. And remember to always drink water every 2-3 hours. Lessen your intake of sweets and softdrinks as well as fatty food and spicy ones, too.
I hope this will help because I am on a diet, too. And for a month I lose weight by 10 kilos already ;)

You really never want to lose weight to fast but if you must. Fasting for a couple of days. Increase exercise and reduce you r meal portions and keep them healthy. Drink lots of water a diet green tea.

The Atkins diet which I tried and did some advertising for them on American TV,I lost between 1 and 3lbs a day. I would not recommend for long term use though, but might be helpful for an up and coming event.

Food poisioning has generally worked for me!
Try the slimfast plan, it wont keep the weight off, but you will notice a difference fast.
