The world sure aint getting better.

Look at the tsunami that occured again this week and killed over 300 people, look at the amount of wars going on now, look at the increase in crime, child molestation, false religions, etc. Maybe you live in a relatively calm place and you don't bother to watch the news. If you were watching it and or living in some other place it would seem like the coming of God is at the door.

Many will be scoffers the BIble says not believing that Jesus will come again but He will - the truth doesn't need support.

The second coming of Christ is the blessed hope of the church, the grand climax of the gospel. The Saviour's coming will be literal, personal, visible, and worldwide. When He returns, the righteous dead will be resurrected, and together with the righteous living will be glorified and taken to heaven, but the unrighteous will die. The almost complete fulfillment of most lines of prophecy, together with the present condition of the world, indicates that Christ's coming is imminent. The time of that event has not been revealed, and we are therefore exhorted to be ready at all times. (Titus 2:13; Heb. 9:28; John 14:1-3; Acts 1:9-11; Matt. 24:14; Rev. 1:7; Matt. 24:43, 44; 1 Thess. 4:13-18; 1 Cor. 15:51-54; 2 Thess. 1:7-10; 2:8; Rev. 14:14-20; 19:11-21; Matt. 24; Mark 13; Luke 21; 2 Tim. 3:1-5; 1 Thess. 5:1-6.)

Because it's easier to fall into the negativity than to try to think positively. If one bothers to look around, they might see all the good that is also going on in the world. Negativity breeds negativity. Same with being positive. The news casters can only report the bad that goes on. Now everyone is in a panic about the end of the world. So what if it ends...we have no one to blame but ourselves. We do have the power to turn it around but it has to start with you & me & spread as far as we can make it go...start by doing random acts of kindness for anyone you see that needs it. Doesn't have to be much just a smile here or a nod hello there. It isn't that difficult to TRY to be nice. We probably won't survive another 100 years the way we are going...if I were God I'd be pretty upset with the way my creations were treating each other. And I'd end all this somehow too. But I'm nowhere near being God. So all I can do is the best I can & hope it rubs off on somebody soon. Life is what we make it & right now we're doing a lousy job. But, like I said, we CAN change it...it's up to us now...what will you do today? Will you be destructive or constructive? Think about it.

Signs everywhere...

You people are so stupid. There have been signs since the dawn of time. Even Jesus himself once gave a false prophecy about the end of the world.

"Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom." - Mathew 16:28

So if even Jesus was banging on about this 2000 years ago, we are pretty overdue for the end of the world.

But any arguments people make about the end of the world due to the chaos in the world are just illogical. Imagine what it was like to live in the Middle Ages with all that death, plague, torture and inhumanity to man. Imagine what it was like living through a world war. The world has always been in turmoil from day one. None of this is a sign that the end is nigh.

The only reason churches like to preach that the world is coming to an end is because it gives them the ultimate 'told you so' moment where their nonsense is finally proved true. By making people believe that the end is but a few years away it keeps the gullible and brainwashed in line, thinking that the end is just around the corner.

We've heard this crap time and again. Jesus himself spouted these lies. Centuries later other religious leaders preach the same thing.

Sure the human race may destroy themselves. But that is not the same as Jesus returning and zombies walking the streets.

throughout history there has been a faction of people who have thought this.

In the 50's people went nuts building bomb shelters thinking the end was near due to the H bomb.

In the 60's people protested because they thought the end was near because of wide spread atomic bomb technology.

In the 70's people feared nuclear power and swore the end was near.

In the 80's the same thing happened as nuclear weaponry became more sophisticated.

In the 90's with tension in the middle east many said the end was near.

This is a different decade with the same story. Even in the 40's with WWII people thought the end was near. If you waste your life and your time worrying...you'll end up in your 70's and slapping yourself for being so foolish. It's going to end when it ends...nothing you or me is going to do will change or prevent it. Live the life you have to the fullest and don't worry about it.

from a biblical stand point there are many 'signs' that we are in the end days. As Christians, we try to live our lives as if the world will end tomarrow because we feel prepared to deal with what's going to take place and some even look forward to it, I have to admit tho, that revelation is very hard to understand and even the 'experts' on the bible have conflicting views. But...even if I were not a christian I think I would have a feeling of impending doom just because of all the things that are taking place on the earth today. Mankind is in trouble, globally, economically and morally.

Didn't Noah experience this when he said the world was going 2 end?
No1 believed him & scorned his beliefs.
Even I can C with my own eyes this planet with it's Global warming, destruction of the icecaps & over demand on resources, has gotta B bad!
Did any1 bother trying 2 tell the Oil/coal/forestry Industry 2 find alternatives?
They tried, big business wouldn't listen & told them 2 go away & stop rocking the Boat with their pessimistic ideas.

The Rich think they can either fly away 2 live on another planet Or drink, breath & eat Money!

& I 4GOT 2 SAY, IT'S GOTTA GET A LOT WORSE B4 GOD STEPS IN, A LOT WORSE!

Think over and see that this way the rulers of the world are still governing and even churches increase their material properties and the ones who claim about the end coming close are purchasing more and more land and other physical goods!
There is no end coming and our times are not the worse! We are not good but there were worse! Think that North Europeans killed almost 100 million in North and South America! The crusades killed millions! ....

Well the end of the world does not come till Jesus comes to get His children who are saved, and then that starts the tribulation. So it is still a long time before then end will come. But Christians have a hope that Jesus will come soon to gather all those who are saved. We are tired of this earth, but we must stay cause God still has work for us to do.

I believe that the world is going to be brutally devastated in either 2012 or 2013 BECAUSE:

~~~The ancient Aztecs predicted a "world end" for 2013.
~~~A Wiccan friend told me that he could foresee through divination a tragedy occuring in either of those years.

Just a few thoughts...

I think its depressing to think about those things, but there are all these natural disasters, War, & then the increase of crime and promiscuity....the world has lost its standards & morals, the value of Family has dissapeared, less marriages last, peopel have kids later! The bestt you can do is make a difference!
