make eye contact, and just move in, when your lips touch, keep them closed (for now) but not tight, closed but relaxed.
OR...open your lips just slighty, and when they touch hers, close them...hard to explain, but if you try it on your hand first, you'll notice how different the two feel. With this second one, you should feel the inside part of your lips on your hand, but just slightly.
those are the makings for a great first kiss

ur girl friend as in ur going out or just a female friend.... if it's a gurl ur going out with , make the occasion special and long as ur comfortable at the time and she does too and ur close enough together that ur both okay with the setting, weather it be something romantic or not or on a park bench something very casual and outdoors, just look at her for a bit and smille and lean in- take the chance, if she rejects u a bit or leans the other way or wutever happens then and there..... she'll tell u if she's not into at the momment . goodthings take time so let time be ur essence of being. goodluck.

just tilt your head to one side and kiss her
you might wanna make sure she wants to kiss, too
or else you will end up a little embaressed
i know it seems complicated at first but once you get going it gets easier

i have never kissed before but go about it as naturaly as you feel if the kiss seems plastic an rehearsed it truly wont be genuine
