If you are an amercian citizen the easiest way he will get his papers is by marriage. His children would not be able to help him until they are over age. If he has family here with papers they might be able to claim them. Also if he has been here over 10 years he might qualify to get residency (but this means he might not be able to go outside the US for a year or two).

hes been here long enough for 3 kids to be born, and hasnt made his self legal, hes not to interested in becoming legal.deport him.

Yeh, all you have to do is apply for visa etc. Since ya have children together. Should be rather quick and painless.
