Love, overall. And it feels especially good when it's unconditional.
Having hate-figures can be fun too though, provided it's just a bit of light relief and you don't get eaten up with it. But then again, that isn't really hate is it?

I LOVE MORE because in everything i do i seek to help others or myself and try as much to be happy and the only way one can be happy is to ensure that you are at peace with the people and all that is around you so by the end of the day i find myself happy because i am extending love and not hate. i get very stressed when not at peace with people or universe thus i avoid anthing that disturbs the balance of my happiness.
i also increse my self esteem by caring for others thus love more

Definitely love - I try not to hate - I dislike things but hate is so harsh - I try to be as positive as I can be about things because I feel I get more back that way. Positivity breeds positvity. Negativity breeds negativity. It really does work you should try it.

I definitely love more. I don't hate anyone, plus it isn't worth it, I wouldn't want to go around in my life time with that hateful feeling in my heart.
