Well not all Muslims wear turbans only the ones located in a hot region and the turban is only to decrease the temperature of the body and not only Muslim do that all do it in the hot areas you could find that so common in India too because the temp. is high also

Well the second question is easy to answer they do that because they are simply like any other normal human being :)
but of course there is a certain way to do that which is washing the private part well after urinating and to wash hands well after that too also to urinate while sitting as not for the urine to splash on your body or clothes.....

Muslim men don't wear turbans, Sikh men do. I don't understand the word scot in the context you use it, but as for urinating, every man does, to get rid of excess urea and other waste products that the kidneys and the rest of the body don't need.
