USA has the most advanced military when it comes to technology. China has the largest military. So I dont know where you got that any where in the middle east has the most advanced.

Hardly. If they are so advanced why can't they capture the evil villan Osama Bin laden hiding out in the border regions. No Muslim state has an army more advanced than USA, Britain, Israel, and most western nations for that matter. How many trident submarines do they have? How far do their ICBMs reach? How many stealth fighters and bombers do they have?

The most advanced? I think you probably read wrong. Most probable is that they are just some of the first countries in terms of budget they allocate for their military.
