Darling, I am 30yrs. old and my boyfriend is 40yrs. old, imagine ten years gap but there's no dull moment when we're together. It's not the age gap dear, it's on how you get along with each other and that's the most important thing in a relationship and besides 3 years doesn't make any difference at all, isn't it!
i think you are just being paranoid also thinking that you are still a virgin. If you go into a serious relationship with her and if she does really loves you you will learn a lot and it will open your mind and your heart on what relatioship and love is really all about. Dont listen to annybody's opinion, listen to what you really want in life. It's your own happiness which the most priority.

Im falling in love with someone 3 years older than me 2, i say go for it. age ai't nothing but a number, and you don't have to worry about your partner being immature or playing games with you or your emitions. If she's willing to wait for you, then you must be special, so just date her, and then maybe you guys will get married and you won't have to worry about it anymore. Don't let the age thing bother you. If ya'll was meant to be together, then its gonna happen. Don't wory about it.

As to age alone, it's not even close to being too old. Many successful relationships exist today with a much wider age span, and the decision is strictly between the two of you.

It doesn't matter what others think, but YOU seemed concerned or hesitant about it for some reason. 3.5 years isn't enough of an age gap to worry about--for the sake of age.
Are there lifestyle maturity issues, though?
Is she worried you will, at some point, want the chance to "sow your wild oats."? You are a man of conviction, you may have to work at assuring her that is real. (women are cyncial, but not without cause....)
good luck!

Whats the deal here anyway??? Its not like your 16 anymore. And its not like its a 20 years age difference. If you feel you have something there, enjoy each others company and see where it goes. Good Luck.
