My ideal list would contain lots of wonderful ingredients for all the wonderful dishes I'd love to cook.....
but my partner... he likes the worlds most bland plain and tasteless food that exists....

add all this with salt and pepper and pepper flakes for spice and you have a kick as pasta dish. IF you like sauces and cream....add cream and you have a rich flavorful dish. non-dairy cream works just as well.
if you like tortillas chips....this works as a dip. or for a snack,
try, tuna/mayo/cayenne pepper and dip away. that's my goal for today.
