If you want to, go nuts. If you don't want to, but afraid you might be reprimanded, report the SOB. There's other jobs other out there. It doesn't sound like you take your relationship very seriously if there's a boyfriend here, so I don't know why that's even a consideration.

I would report him because it might start as just a bl*wj*b but it'll escalate. Plus, he holds your job in his hands and will probably use it to make you have sex with him. Who knows how many women he's manipulated before you.

no, for two reasons:

one--its your employer, and its illegal--SEXUAL HARRASSMENT is the term youre looking for...

and two--you have a partner and engaging in relations with anyone else without his or her explicit consent is unfaithful.
