Humor is an integral part of relationship building...
it also indicates a sense of confidence as well as intelligence.
Any man that thinks a sense of humor is childish...hasn't grown up yet...OR he's the girls father.

most guys do like girls with a sense of humor because it lets the guy feel more comfortable around a girl just like if you watch most guys when they hang out with there guy friends they like to make jokes and have a good time a guy likes to see a little bit of that in a girl so that they know they can have a good time with a girl

if im going to have a gf, i dont want a quite girl who doesnt have any humor, and whose just plain strict... there is no fun without the humor

Definitely want a girl to have a sense of humor. Meaning, she has to be able to joke and she has to be able to laugh at my jokes. However, childish sense of humor is a turnoff like being stupid and silly. smart/intelligent/subtle sense of humor is a turnon. Also, when I joke or tease or pull a fast one, she has to be mature enough to "get it" and not be childish and take it too seriously or too lightly. So, hone that skill, its definitely a basic requirement.

i myself thik they should like someone with a sense of humor.. you should be more fun to be with...i do not think you should act childesh, but having fun is a different thing..breaks up the mononomy in a relationship.. it is better than being with a sour grape..so have fun and enjoy your self and if a guy likes you and you both have fun that is good then... guys prefer different things.. but i think enjoying being together is important...

My husband said one of the things that attracted him to me was that I had a sense of humour and did not hesitate to play pranks on him (like locking him out of the car after he had held the door open for me).
