Of course!! You don't want to die depressed when there is a very good chance you'll be happy tomorrow do you?? Why are you down?? If I find out it's over a stupid guy, I'll slap some sense into you!!! There. Happy now?

yes.. I've fought depression all my life.. but I am happy to be alive.. and so are the people around me..
In my own experience I've found having a healthy diet and taking vitamins help me the most with fighting my depression..
Don't give up.. there are others that care about you.. even though sometimes it's hard to see.. we all make an impact here and affect the others around us.. If for no other reason.. it's worth going on just for the benefit of your friends and family..

Something or someone has brought on the depression. Whatever or whoever they OR it was should not be allowed to come to the top of the heap of life. It sounds like you definitely need a change but without assessing your situation I can not make any suggestions other then put yourself first and do something you have often thought of doing but never did for one reason or another.

See this site under depression to see how much diet can affect mood. On an empty stomach eat happy food like a combo of strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, cherries and and bananas. You could add some walnuts if you want. MD info. Plus a great inspirational story.

Depression is something you create for yourself... if it is habitual, you are having a dramatic effect on the bodies chemistry... should you not be able to change what you allow your mind to do to you, you may have to resort to meds,in the attempt to recover that chemical balance.

what ever has you feeling down will go away if you let. i just turned 40 Sunday, and in the last couple of years i have realized your life is what you make of it. don't let other people drag you down with them. there is no telling what things there are around the next corner you turn. chin up.
