We humans appear to live our lives as a 3-dimensional experience in Space: Up & Down, Left & Right, Forward & Back. Even strict materialists agree that we are multidimensional. Many consider Time to be yet another dimension of Space. There are reasons to believe that there are other spatial dimensions.
Finally, many religions and spiritualists may assert that the "human soul" is a dimension of human experience, though few of them would argue that it is a spatial dimension. They are using a Scientific paradigm to describe a subjective experience or belief. The term "multi-aspect" is probably more appropriate, but seems to have a more occult connotation. Many modern believers are comforted or "sold" if their beliefs appear to be reinforced by scientific authority.

I am a Spirit, I have a soul and I live in a body.
I am not the body I have one. I am not the soul, it is a manifestation of my mind, intellect character and will.
I am a spirit made in the image of God.
The spirit that I truly am is what creates the soul I have but without knowing who I am then outside influences will dictate to my soul. I am a doctor I live in a big house and I drive a Mercedes Benz. In reality that is not who I am it is what I have. I only identify with outside things because I don't know who God is, because when I learn who God is, then I know who I am, and my soul becomes a reflection of that. My body is just my ride, like the car in the driveway........

We are a spirit, living in a body with a soul that makes us unique individuals. People sometimes think that soul and spirit are one and the same. Soul is your personality. It is who you are and how you act. Spirit is your essence and is housed in your body.
