it is very normal i love my workouts i will never stop, you neveer stop, keep working until you achieve all your goals, good luck, were in the same boat.

Yes it is normal. The act of working out produces a substance called phenylethylamine, or PEA, a natural stimulant produced by the body. It is related to amphetamines but does not have the long-lasting effects that make "speed" or "ice" such deadly drugs. It is notably discussed among runners as runner's high.

It is very normal to enjoy your workouts, I for one love how alive I feel while I am exercising! I met my husband at the gym too so.....

Normal. Don't worry about it I do too. The high afterwards is excellent and the long term effect on the body amazing.

Its not a bad thing to enjoy, it hurts no one... but don't go overboard and hurt yourself that's all.

Apart from all the blood rushing to your brain with oxygen you also get endorphines to give you a "high". Some athletes say it is better than sex.

well if you are not working out 8 hours a day sure. one gets a natural rush from exercise and it can be addictive. moderation is key to everything. but i love to work out, it makes you look and feel good, so why not?

It's complety normal. Once you start it becomes a routine. You get pumped up and exicted. It feels very rewarding!
