I prefer IPCHICKEN.COM, but am struggling to see how this will help you set up your phone.

if you are using windows xp you double click on the internet connection logo which is on right side down near time status then click details you will get both server ip address and client ip address.if i remember correctly in some areas the ip address not always the same it changes the internet service provider gives ip address which is available at that time.

Most propably you mean the IP address of the server you are using.
Simple

Go to you command prompt (in Windows XP or 2000) and then run the following command;

nslookup -querytype=MX yourdomain.com (for example, and also remember not to put www. or anything of that sort before it).

It will get you or mail server records, from which you can obtain the ip address.

Assuming someone has a REAL reason to get your IP address.

Shell to DOS: (By doing start, run, "CMD")

Then when the black box apears, click in it and type "IPCONFIG /ALL"

That will give you everything you need (and more)... regarding your address on the LAN or WAN.

presumably you are connecting via GPRS(?) if so then here are the relevant settings for UK SERVICE PROVIDERS
failing that you should contact your service provider for help in setting up email on your phone

you computer ip? your cellphone ip? if its your cellphone call your service provider and if its on your pc go to
