Yes. Butt, stomach, arms, shoulders and upper back. It also works the cardiovascular system, aids lymphatic drainage and is a great form of aerobic exercise. But, as others have said, it makes the boobs sag. So wear a Shock Absorber bra or any bra that offers level 4 impact support and you will be fine.

nicely the known determination to drop some kilos and tone is to get that middle cost pumping! Focusing too much on the single discipline certainly doesn’t help as a lot as persons evaluate it does – eg doing 1000 crunches an afternoon will tone your abdomen – you’d be better off to do an hour of cardio, and 20 crunches! once you get your middle cost up it speeds your metabolism up. (der). besides. What I do is 45mins -a million hr 4 or 5 activities per week on the treadmill – operating as quick as i visit in order that im sweating a lot, or on the motorcycle or perhaps the stepper – or perhaps as ive worn myself out, I do 2o lunges on each leg and 20 pulses on each leg (pulses are little lunges, you retain down shrink and don’t arise each of the mind-set – its quite difficult coz you’re preserving the momentum and its very problem-free to stop, notwithstanding that is what helps probably the most! only be sure you're centred on now no longer bouncing even as you do those pulses) and then I do 20 or 30 squats, and then I lay on my again and carry my head and shoulders off the bottom and carry my legs and kind of cycle with them – this engages your tummy and is extremely tiring on the legs. besides that’s all I do and that i opt to combine it up somewhat notwithstanding I stumble on the cardio helps ridiculously inspite of the actuality that of only doing lunges and squats. desire this has helped!! sorry - if you cant get to a fitness center, walk your puppy or get a skipping rope! they're hundreds nicely!

Skipping tones your whole body: legs, arms, abs.
If you wear a good sports bra, your boobs shouldn't sag. Better still...double up on the sports bras...

most execise helps most of your body if your moving it - however skipping is a high impact exercise that will damage your joints so it's a trade off low impact exercise that works but you ve got to work harder or energy burn high impact and damage your joints
