for cardio n aerobic exercise, u hav to do it continuously for at least 30 to 40 minutes, because the first 20 minutes your boby use glucose (sugar) as a source for energy, after 20 minutes it will use fat as energy, so if u intend to lose weight, 30 to 40 minutes, to keep fit anything is fine, n diet is important, u r what u eat

yes it can help but do a couple reps like run star jumps sit ups and do it all over for about 30 minutes its a great workout and its pretty easy also add time/extra to it each week like count to 350, then do 50-60 and then 30-40 sit ups so your body is challange because as you do that your body will become stronger and you will have a better endurance to just doing the original plan for the longer time period. also add 3 minutes each week to the work out as your increase your reps also change up the order so your body isn't used to just doing 1 series each time.

also out of work or school if you can do some jogging i jog to the park and then home (after a little bit jog a little bit more around the park) then ride your bike around 20 or 30 blocks (increasing after time) and then do 20-30 laps of swimming. swimming is a great excersise because its harder for the body to overheat when the water is constantly cooling you down. check ya later ♥

I wouldn`t advocate exercising on a full stomach, as the entire food rumbling around on your stomach can make you think unwell. You should wait unless the meals is digested, or go for a run earlier than breakfast. And, I don`t know how well Yoga helps you drop pounds...I continuously heard that Yoga and Pilates moreso lenghtened the body than prompted weight loss.

yes this is ok cardio, just be sure not to rest more than a minute between exercises so that your heart rate doesn't go down. Also, add a minute or two to your running in place and a few repetitions to your exercises each week.
