Smoothies are made in a blender like a milk shake. The main ingredient is your choice of milk ie cows, soy etc then you add fruit (whatever you like) and optional is a spoonful of honey. You also need to make it icy cold either by a couple of spoonfuls of ice cream or a handful of ice cubes. The most well known smoothie is the very popular banana- milk, ice cream or ice, one or two bananas, honey if you want, then mix and enjoy!
