And you asked that Question before ... and I answered you before ... but i will answer you again ... so please consentrate to get it this time ...
P.S.: Why do you repeat yourself? ... Can't you get anything new to say about Islam???
Anyway .. the answer is:

Men are naturally have a Strong desire to women more than women have desire to men ...
So God promised men with virgins in Paradise to reward them for being chaste till they get married... and to resist their desire of having sex outside marriage ...
but women would get shy if they were promised with similar thing -at least 14 centuries ago women would get shy of that- ... so he didn't ...
but instead and implicitly ... God said in Quran that whoever enter paradise will get ANYTHING he/she wishs for ...
also our prophet said that God said:"i made for my pious in heavens pleasures never seen by human eye, heard by human ears or occurred to a human mind" ...
so... implicitly women are promised with ANYTHING they wish for in paradise ...
Proof from Quran:
39:34
"They shall have all that they will desire with their Lord. That is the reward of Muhsinoon (good-doers)."
16:31
"'Adn (Eden) Paradise (Gardens of Eternity) which they will enter, under which rivers flow, they will have therein all that they wish. Thus Allah rewards the pious"

"For them there will be therein all that they desire, and they will abide (there forever). It is a promise binding upon your Lord that must be fulfilled"

"They will have therein fruits (of all kinds) and all that they ask for"

No revert is coming out of a religion..converting to islam will not get you 72 virgin muslim boy's either.Islam is a peaceful religion how you got this information it is wrong...sorry.

If you revert to Islam sincerely and do the "ibadah", as a woman you will become a queen in Paradise. If you have a good Muslim husband, that husband will become your husband in Paradise. But if you a single and die before getting married, you can marry a handsome male "angel" in Paradise.
Note:
The "angel" I'm talking in the above paragraph is different from the known "angel" (such as Gibrael, Raqib, Atid etc). The "angel" in the Paradise is referring to the "occupant of Paradise". Can any knowledgable Muslims help me to give the accurate English word for the "occupant of the Paradise"?

I don't know where did you get the "virgin" part, maybe from the wrong translation of Quran but there are no virgins promised in Quran to a believers.
There are way many more things that after life will offer to a believer.

HA! Ha! Very funny. But be warned, in Islam all this virginity stuff is only for women- their men are pretty horny- look at how many women they have in their harem. They can have 4 wives, but no limit on harem women.
