Losing ten pounds in 2 weeks sounds a little unhealthy. Four pounds is a much safer and realistic goal. If you were to lose ten pounds in two weeks, this would be mostly water and not fat pounds. How about you set a safer more realistic goal. Find a friend and go for a walk or join a gym. Try eating several small meals throughout the day. Stay away from white flour and sugar. Well if you want to lose weight, I suggest that you should drink lots and lots of water and green leafy vegetables of your choice this will make you feel full and will help you to drop appetite and inturn, you'll not only lose weight but also your complexion and your skin would be benifited a lot. I also recommend yoga, aerobics or any light exercise you're comfortable with.

Ive been eating mostly raw foods(salads,cucmbers/tomatoes,etc..).Only one kind of carb per day.No more than a half cup of cereal per day&a cup of milk.Keep the cheese at a minimum..no more tham 2 ounces a day!No bread.If your'e eating rice,this should be a rarity and no more than a cup a day.,if that!Put a half a lemon andteaspoon of vinegar in gallon of water and finish daily.No more than one egg(if Im gonna eat eggs).Measure out all your butters &fats(even when cooking!).NO fast food!NO sugar!!NO sugar!!NO sugar!!Calisthenics and stretching every day!Some sort of cardio at least every other day!I also use a hypnosis c.d. one-3 times a week,helps ALOT!I'll go thru the day now without food and not even realize it,before,I'd find myself in the fridge all the time ad not even realize how much I was stuffing my face!Tell me how it's working for you if you decide to try it!

Unless ur wuite heavy already thats impossible unless u want to pratically starve yourself, then put it all back on when u start eating again. You can reasonably expect to lose 1-2 lbs a week.
