Hello..According to the rules for healthy eating of small children and many books pork has not supposed to be given in any form for children before 5 years..so I think it's not good,especially a sausage is not good at all for the kids.. Best of luck!!

They're not good for anybody, with all the BHA and BHT and nitrates and nitrites in them; but, given the alternative of eating something spoiled, they'll do just right--- even for kids. After all: What's in a hotdog or a slice of bologna? And, who eats most of that?

sausages is not good for anywone but it wont kill them if they only get it every so often....
