i was at hardees parked in the parking lot and an undercover officer in a unmarked car, got out and had his gun out, i quickly got out of there. when he turned on his lights i pulled over, they pulled me out through the window cuffed me and continued to punch me in the face saying "stop refusing!" i wasnt. i was getting knocked out over and over,face down on the ground. i had 2 b taken to the hospital and given pain medication,the blood cleaned up, and x-rayed. im having neck and back issues that im sure is a result of it, i have scars on my face that are huge and pink

ok heres more..i live in a bad section and robberies happen all the time, its not unusual 2 get the hell away from it. and even if i was doing something wrong they didnt need to beat me senseless. besides once im on the ground with my hands behind my back im in custody. and i was pulled out of the window because they toldme to put my hands out of it and they grabbed them and pulled me out like that

good luck- I ran into Houdini the cop a long time back- I had just bought some grass, and this cop started pulling pills and all kinds of crap out of "my pockets"- I couldn't find a lawyer that would touch the case- you should hjave a civil right violation case, but I'd be amazed if you can find a lawyer that'll touch it- Good Luck though, maybe you'll do better than I did.

I think you are not telling the story correctly if at all.
They would not not pull you out of a window if you had merely opened your door and gotten out. And if you had not been causing problems they would not have had to use force.
So tell the real story and perhpas they went too far but no one is going to beleive this.

Something tells me your giving only one side of the incident here.
COPS as a rule don't give beatens like that unless there is some resistence. BUT I'm also sure a lawyer can give you the answer.

Honestly, no. The officers is going to say he properly ID himself and that you took off anyways. You can whoever probably get off you charges if you lawyer knows what hes doing. Its not hard to get off when that has happened.

if you weren't doing anything wrong in the parking lot why leave ? as soon as you did that you raised suspicion even further and the officers had every right to do what they did.
