The answer to this question has several correct responses depending on the formulation that you are using.If you use a whey protein with added amino acids they could become unstable in solution after four to six hours.If there are no added aminos and the protein has not been processed to break any of the peptide bonds (hydrolized) the mixture should remain good based on the date on the package of the other ingredients that you mixed it with within a day or two.As always if you detect a foul smell the mixture should be discarded.

See how long it tastes ok for. Thats how I normally tell. I'd say until the mixture either seperates, or the milk and yoghurt goes off.

I would say no more than two days. There will be separation but just ignore that. Just be sure to mix it again before you drink it.
