It will probably hurt alot and there is a high risk you could do other damage to your mouth, but you could rent out castaway go to a ice skating rink and hire some skates and a rock.

A patient of mine told me that he got a bit of fishing line and tied around his tooth and tied a milk carton filled with water to it and dropped the milk carton. You would have to make sure the line wasn't going to cut into your lips and gums when you dropped the carton, and you would have to be prepared for the resulting whiplash and neck damage, especially in the case that you have dropped the milk carton and your tooth is still stuck in your jaw but your head has popped off your neck and you are now paralyzed from the head down and maybe dead.

seriously though if you can't get to a dentist, get some antibiotics from a doctor or emergency clinic and take them you'll be out of pain when the infection size reduces (may take up to 24 hrs unless the infection is too large)

To pull a tooth out without furthur damage can only be done by someone else.

Go to a dentist
The tooth may just have an infection which will need antibiotics even fillings these days are painless.

Removing a tooth yourself will hurt 100 times more than anything you have felt so far

I used a set of hemostats I had on hand (use 'em for manipulating parts in tight spots- wash pliers etc. well before attempting it- and don't squeeze too tight- break the thing and you are REALLY screwed)- wiggle the sucker until it comes loose enough to pull- and be prepared for the pain- it made me say all kinds of dirty words (having been a sailor I probably was more profane than average). Good Luck.

piece of cotton tied round it, attached to a door handle and slam it quick, I seem to have heard this b4, but I would try the dentist when you can get there. Also try oil of cloves from the chemist, it is a small bottle and does not cost much, it really eases the pain!!

you know I have the same problem right now except I have 2 teeth like that. One has been like that for like 4 yrs. If you find out let me know. Mine is abcessed as of last night. I have tried everything to get it out. Sorry I don't know. But I do know The rounded scissor tweezers grab onto it nicewly, so you can pull easier.

Go to the emergency room immediately. You are playing with fire. There are a substantial amount of blood vessels in your gums and a wrong move could have serious consequences. Infection from the base of the tooth can travel throughout your system and do considerable harm. Please take this seriously!!!!!

If you cant do it by hand get a curved needle nose pliers. If the pain of the ache is greater than the pull then its a great relief believe me.
