The only mineral I can think of is calcium, and vitamin is B vitamins. You find these in things like bananas and milk. Theya ct by making you sleepy, or to calm you down by making you fell less alert or on edge.
In terms of hebs, valerian is meant to be anti stress, there are also many products on the market that are marketed at being stress busitng. Some work, some don't, I found you need to see hwat works for you,

i don't know abt anti stress vitamins\minerals ,and i don't know if they have side effects or not ,but spiritual healing is the best way..........
